Comedy Lounge

The team at Comedy Lounge are giving you the chance to enjoy 30 minutes of professionally shot standup comedy for just $1! Laugh out loud with their Lounge Laughs episodes including comedic talents such as Jon Pinder, Andrew Wolfe, Waka, Mie Goldstein, Rory Lowe, Amos Gill, Mickey J. and more. In support of the industry, all proceeds will be going the comics themselves and the Lounge bar staff who have been affected due to the current COVID-19 crisis. As of now, there are currently 4 episodes of Lounge Laughs, so get watching!

At Home with Famous Sharron

Brought to you by North Midlands ProjectCreative @ Home is an online Act-Belong-Commit program intending to promote health and happiness during these hard times. Even local Perth-onality Famous Sharron is joining in on the fun with her own hilarious workout and cooking videos. The campaign also features other great resources such as creative home-based activities, workshops, virtual tours and exhibitions, live-streamed performances and so much more. As they state, their main goal is to let you ’have fun, remain active and stay connected while at home.’

Canned Comedy

A bi-monthly comedy night, Canned Comedy has long entertained crowds with two show locations – one at Perth’s Comedy Lounge and one in Mandurah. With 16 comedians competing per show, the event raises funds for Foodbank WA through ticket sales, raffle profits and even food donations. Since the rollout of the COVID-19 restrictions, Canned Comedy has moved their comedy competition online to their Instagram page! With their last two online shows having raised a total of $309 for Foodbank WA, we recommend hopping on board. just know that you’ll be indulging in some great comedy while supporting a terrific cause!

Ozzy Man Reviews

Known for his straight-shooting and true blue Aussie comedy, local Perth Ozzy Man Reviews is best known for delivering hilarious takes on current topics of interest – this time, coronavirus included. His Youtube commentary videos have long been a favourite with viewers from all over the world, and it’s safe to say he doesn’t hold back. (Warning: there’ll be plenty of guilty pleasure laughs included.) He also reshares plenty of light-hearted content on his social media – so if you’re looking to liven up your feed, he’s your guy.

The Laugh Resort
