The West Winds Gin has 3 core products, and then offers several limited releases each year; The Sabre is their uniquely Australian take on a traditional London Dry style of Gin, The Cutlass was the first Australian spirit to win a double gold at The San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011 and since then has been steadily filling the trophy case! The Broadside is the boldest of the West Winds flee and was likely the first spirit in the world to incorporate filtered seawater!
Their latest release is The Wild Plum, a crowd favourite, which has strong citrus notes balanced against the sweetness Banksia honey and sloe plums and a tart finish from the Australian native Davidson plums.

Sin Gin is one of the newest kids on the block in Perth, officially launching at the Murray Hotel in 2017. Their Seven Deadly Sins range of Australian Dry Gins are a unique blend of local and exotic botanicals and are made locally in West Perth.

Their newest Gin, Perth Pink, is another crowd pleaser. Owner Mark’s favourite way to enjoy this delish drop is in a Pink Martini: 3 parts Perth Pink and 1 part Lillet Blanc. Shake with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and enjoy. Yum!
