Registrations are open for the 5th Anniversary Edition of Le Dîner en Blanc – Perth, being held on Saturday 4 April, 2020 from at 3.00pm at a stunning mystery location. Last year’s event attracted 2800 cultural, food and fashion enthusiasts for a memorable evening at the Crown Parklands, with 3000 guests expected to descend on a secret location this April.
Registration Phases to participate to this unique experience happen in three stages, which are all now open. Initially Phase One opened for those members who have previously attended and Phase Two for referred friends.
Phase Three is for new guests wanting to attend their first Le Dîner en Blanc – who can now register online at register.dinerenblanc.com/perth/en/register.
Those who have already signed up on the waiting list will receive invitations to book their tickets from today. Tickets are priced at $62 per guest with a $15 mandatory Dîner en Blanc International membership fee (which guarantees a Phase 1 priority invitation next year).
Tickets are allotted on a first come, first serve basis with only 3000 available; a choice made to maintain the exclusive spirit and quality of the event, explained Event Host Caroline James.
“We’ve already had an outstanding response this year! Phase One opened last week with over 800 attendees signed up in the first five hours!
“New guests who would like an invitation to Perth’s coveted, secret white dinner are urged to register as soon as possible, as tickets are limited,” she said.
As well as an all-white dress code, guests at Le Dîner en Blanc must bring their own table, chairs, tableware and picnic, or those who prefer can pre-order a delectable gourmet dinner basket which can be picked up on-site.
Each year Le Dîner en Blanc creatively celebrates the remarkable food and wines produced in Western Australia. In 2020, a collaboration with Heyder and Shears Catering will offer guests delicious, French-inspired menu offerings.
Heyder and Shears Catering Executive Chef Stephen Watson has curated a selection of gourmet picnic hampers, all designed to be shared between two. Featuring fresh, local produce the packages include Deluxe, Elegance, Vegetarian, Vegan, Artisan Charcuterie & Le Fromage and Dessert Box, ranging in price from $35 to $90.
“We are delighted to partner with Heyder and Shears as our official caterers for Le Dîner en Blanc. Our hampers are the perfect option for those wanting to ease their preparation in the lead up to the event,” said Ms. James.
Guests can reserve meals online through Le Dîner en Blanc’s e-store. White furniture and glassware options from Hire Society are also available.
Participants who would like to enjoy wine and champagne at the event must also pre-purchase online – as per West Australian alcohol regulations, guests are prohibited to bring their own alcohol. The Dîner en Blanc beverage menu features the best of WA and Australian wine regions with international highlights including Howard Park and Vinaceous Wines, and of course, Laurent Perrier French champagne.
Le Dîner en Blanc – Perth gratefully acknowledges enex Perth, Forrest Chase and Auto Classic BMW as official local partners of the 2020 edition of Le Dîner en Blanc.
